Outdoor space features an inviting stone fireplace for relaxing under a starlit sky. Although located secludedly, Roanoke Regional Airport and fine dining and entertainment venues are both conveniently accessible within 25 minutes driving time of this cabin, making it easily reachable.

Interior Features: Combine Comfort With Functionality

This cabin provides four guests with two bedrooms and two baths to sleep comfortably, featuring a fully equipped kitchen complete with washer and dryer to offer homely conveniences such as heating/air conditioning/heating as well as fireplace with wood provided to create warmth in the living space and cozy atmosphere. However, please be aware that television viewing will only support DVD movies due to a lack of cable/satellite connections.

Master Bedroom: Cozy Retreat

The master bedroom of this cabin boasts another wood-burning fireplace to enhance its cozy charm, featuring plush linens and amenities such as a hairdryer, shampoo conditioner iron board. However, smoking or pets are strictly not allowed within its walls.

Bent Mountain Bistro (1.3 miles away) and AmRhein’s Wine Cellars (4.7 miles) both offer delectable culinary offerings and wine tasting experiences respectively. Hikers may enjoy hiking the many trails of Cahas Mountain, Read Mountain, Peaks of Otter or Catawba Mountain–known for its legendary summits–in the iconic Blue Ridge mountains.

Hiking Trails and Scenic Drives: An Adventurer’s Paradise

Nature enthusiasts will discover Bent Mountain Falls irresistible; hiking the five mile roundtrip should take approximately two hours and requires some planning. For those preferring scenic drives instead, Route 221, Brambleton Avenue provides an enjoyable trip through farmland, churches, forested areas, open grazing land and farmland between Roanoke, Bent Mountain Road and Callaway Road (leading directly into Blue Ridge Parkway), Floyd and finally Callaway Road where one may continue along Route 221 toward Floyd and visit its renowned Floyd Country Store (famous for Friday Night Jamboree concerts!). If time allows continue along Route 221 all the way into Floyd where its Friday Night Jamboree concerts take place every Friday afternoon in April each Friday afternoon!
